The Vet Voice media has come into possession of a text thread between Edward “Butch” Conz, Patrick Collis @PatrickCollisPI , Vlad Lemets , Jared Craig and Stan Fitzgerald. The May 2023 conversation below shows Conz viewing porn, bullying a witness and working a litigation scheme attempting to get a restraining order against the witness.
The conversation clearly shows Conz litigation intimidation methods. Conz was involved in civil litigation with Patricia Murphy. Murphy at this time served Vlad Lemets with a new civil litigation complaint that involved Conz and Collis on charges they previously settled without an attorney. Here he talks about not letting her up for air (harrasing her). Attacking her on multiple fronts (organizing harrasement )and filing for a restraining order (to further discredit her) His attempt at the permanant restraining order was denied.
The thread also shows collusion was ongoing with Patrick Collis and Vlad Lemets both of whom ultimately engaged in obstruction of justice in the Angie Wong investigation which included a proven false affidavit submitted by Collis and Lemets locking people out of their legally owned website to hide evidence in the matter.
Further explanation -written texts of Collis and Conz show that they conspired to frame a woman named Patricia Murphy with a restraining order because she was a witness against them in a 2023 civil matter. The civil matter being a second litigation against VFAF.ORG (different than VFAF.US) Murphy was a whistleblower against Collis when he was president of VFAF.ORG where Vlad Lemets settled her first 2021 litigation for $40k based on the claim that Lemets, Conz and Collis defrauded Patricia Murphy. At this time Conz was business partners on an LLC Called Send ME Pac which filed as a for profit company but took donations as a PAC on a congressional campaign attached to Jeff Zink in Ariziona (Public Record) Texts read as follows by Butch Conz “You know what needs to be done Patrick” Collis responds “I am a notary email it to me your form and Ill notarize it” Conz states for the benefit of others “ I never get affidavits except from Patrick, I know… I warned everyone not to let her up for air” . Conz states “Patricia has lost it and is heading to NC presumably for the court date Tuesday on the non-contact” Collis (who Collis previously tried for a restraining order in VA) replies “The VA Magistrate would not file a protective order because she was out of state and not a threat to my life” Conz states “ Boys Patricia gave us the stuff to bury her with but we have to have the balls to hang her with it” Conz states ”Multiple fronts need to be created she will fold” (Meaning orchestrated attacks)
