Angie Wong, the former legacy PAC president, is currently facing a 1.4-million-dollar lawsuit in Georgia for embezzlement and defamation. Public records show she was previously sued for stealing a dog.
EVA VIOLANTE v. ANGIE WONG a/k/a ANGIE WONG SIE YING 517535/2020 | New York State, Kings County, Supreme Court alleges Wong stole a “Morkie” dog (pet) from Eva Violante in Brooklyn NY.
From the complaint:
Wong took possession of the dog under the ruse of “dog-sitting” (Line 25).
Wong transported Plaintiff’s dog Louie to the State of Florida on or about August 14, 2020 — (Line 29).
Plaintiff is heartbroken and despondent as a direct result of defendant Wong’s intentional acts of cruelty (line 50) . Defendant’s (Wong) cruel conduct was and continues to be so outrageous in
character and so extreme in degree as to be beyond all possible bounds of decency and it is
conduct that was and is otherwise intolerable in a civilized community (Line 57)
From LAW IN OPPOSITION TO DEFENDANT AND-against- IN SUPPORT :
Defendant Angie Wong has finally disclosed her defense to this action: a not very creative and internally inconsistent work of fiction (page 1) Angie Wong has provided no evidence to support her story, beyond her own very melodramatic testimony (page 2)
Currently Wong faces a 1.4 million dollar lawsuit in Georgia for embezzlement and defamation. The defamation posted on Wong’s twitter feed , analogous to the dog theft case , has no evidence other than her own words. In contrast the GA lawsuit filed against Wong contains documents , testimony and legally recorded calls proving the alleged embezzlement.
Angie Wong “THE BOOKER TAPES” Criminal scheme explained with audio proof download.
Angie Wong was caught by her L-Strategies consulting firm business partners, Jared Craig and Stan Fitzgerald, illegally diverting funds from their consulting firm account to be used towards her personal business interests. The numbers did not add up and partners pulled the contract Wong submitted.
The Deal was for a third-party client being NFSC the New Federation State of China (Steve Bannon’s partners) to have airtime on RAV Real America’s Voice (RAV) . Wong rather than simply arranging that through the firm went on to pad the contract to have funds diverted to her own personal business interests paying her own media booking deals. This was a criminal act of theft by deception.
Wong submitted her own contract, circumventing legal review by the firm’s attorney Jared Craig, and only did so after monies were deposited. The contract itself was only signed by Wong’s personal media booker Johsua Delano @JoshuaWDelano and not even Wong herself. Wong never showed attorney Jared Craig for review prior to execution of the transaction. The contract shows the LLC name to be incorrect leaving more unanswered questions such as was Ms. Wong setting up a second firm with a similar name to commit more acts of fraud. (See attached exhibits below for contract)
The arrangement was supposed to be 5K for the media booker who would use that retainer for arranging media hits for the third-party client. The third-party client was paying the consulting firm $9K for this service. $4K per month was supposed to be profit for the firm with half to be split to the broker of the deal. The broker being a former congressional candidate who approached the firm with the client. Instead, what happed was Wong took $2k of that profit and diverted it. Texts show Wong claimed the broker cost $6K another false statement.
The criminal scheme was outlined by Wong’s media booker one Joshua Delano on a legally recorded call. Listen to the call via Drop Box Download : https://dropbox.com/s/x9po2ny7ovg9wnq/booker%20tapes?dl=0
Wong didn’t stop there. On a second attempted fraud with a contractual value of $40K per month, Wong attempted a similar tactic to benefit herself alone. Wong cut out the broker, Cait Corrigan, and spoke directly to NFSC and the RAV news outlet lying to each party claiming the other insisted on media hits for her that neither party wanted in the deal. The deal fell through because of Wong’s attempted theft by deception and duplicity.
As the second deal fell through, with a pre-payment having to be held in trust, and a commission to a broker to be refunded this caused the firm to be in the red. Wong’s actions were not only criminal but caused the company to take a loss. When the partners confronted Wong with evidence and delivered her a cease and desist on June 8th, she accused the partners of what she was clearly guilty of which is the established modus operandi of Angie Wong. Wong then hired an attorney who took her statements at face value and Wong went on to publish that privileged information to defame her former partners by claiming racial discrimination. Wong invested no capital into the company and created a loss. Her criminal schemes cost the firm $120K in annual revenue.

Farrell was well known and respected in American Politics until Angie Wong joined his political action committee where in just months financial scandals surfaced with misappropriations of funds. Wong resigned from the organization disseminating information George Farrell was payrolling non-US citizens which no evidence of these claims is found anywhere nor did Wong provide any for what is apparently defaming comments directed at Farrell.
BlacPAC has come forward to set the record straight and the statements are recorded available in court discovery
George Farrell Blak-PAC founder. Farrell stated Angie Wong misappropriated a five-thousand-dollar donation. He stated quote “It disappeared” Farrell went on to say Wong has ruined his reputation and ability to have gainful employment by accusing him of what she was guilty of.
Thomas Datwyler: former accountant for BlakPAC. Datwyler stated the reason he resigned from Blak-PAC was because Angie Wong was misappropriating PAC monies, and he would not be responsible fortrying to justify the transfers she authorized.
Two Donors from Georgia (names redacted) have stated their donations to Wong when she was with BlakPAC were misappropriated.
Angie Wong accused 96 year old Gloria Starr Kins, United Nations Journalist, of defamation requesting a cease-and-desist order to use in an alleged litigation scheme.
Gloria Starr Kins is Journalist and Editor in chief of the Society and Diplomatic Review, Goodwill Ambassador to the United Nations · Dean of the UN Correspondents Association and countless other lifetime achievements. Kins journalism experience, and high profile with the UN, dates to the 1950’s she has the respect of not just Journalists from around the world, but world leaders.
Kins made calls to multiple influential people warning them about Angie Wong . Kins further explained in calls that Angie Wong came to her NYC home and said together they could make millions in Republican politics exploiting Kins lifetime network. Kins rejected Angie Wong’s proposal to monetize her connections from a life of trusted journalism warning people she was an opportunist.
Kins called Stan Fitzgerald on April 21st, 2023, where in addition to stating the aforementioned warnings about Wong, Kins also mentioned seeking legal counsel seeking defamation litigation against Angie Wong. Fitzgerald Texted Wong (See below) who responded “Defamation about what, was a single thing published”.
Responding to Kins warning others of Angie Wong’s schemes, Angie Wong requested that attorney Jared Craig issue a cease-and-desist order served on Kins and further illustrated in writing (see below screen shots) that she wanted to show reporters this cease-and-desist order in advance to make her story more credible. Wong was tying her act as a pay to play journalist with a story to help her collect in litigation proceedings for being unable to work. NOTING: This is the same scheme she used attorney Alex Kauffman for with her unfounded accusations against Attorney’s Courtney Kramer and Jared Craig with The Fitzgerald’s and this investigator. The Kauffman letter was also made public in advance and is used in ongoing attempts by Wong to disseminate her disproven allegations. This establishes Modus Operandi in these litigation schemes.
Further connected to Gloria Kins, and in Wong’s schemes, is an attempt by Wong to tie Jeffery Sisk into a false police report to discredit Sisk (see attached screen shots) Sisk is a well-known Tech world figure who states Angie Wong stole his connections and attempted to monetize his original idea’s cutting Sisk out. Sisk is the person that introduced Wong to Gloria Kins. Wong apparently learned that Sisk was warning people in the Trump network of her schemes so she attempted to accuse him of being involved with fabricated crimes.
ANGIE WONG Attempted to fabricate a story about public figure Gavin Wax involving three female complaints for inappropriate conduct.
Angie Wong on numerous occasions would blame Gavin Wax for defamation, hurting her ability to work (she did not work, she was a customer in the media, not employee) and sabotaging events and/or other projects she was involved in or failed to complete successfully. Noting however she never attempted to litigate against Wax. On one occasion, in writing (see below) Angie Wong claimed Wax reported to Project Veritas that she was CCP and they were sending someone from James O’Keefe team to an event as an undercover to ask her questions on video, Fitzgerald told her to be prepared to answer.
Gavin Wax is a well known and respected public figure in NY and former president of the NY young republicans. Although Wax was high profile Stan Fitzgerald was unfamiliar with his work which is illustrated in the below screen shots as Fitzgerald had no idea who he was. After numerous complaints by Wong, Stan Fitzgerald offered to do opposition research on Wax. Noting that Fitzgerald at the time did not know Wax and believed Wong’s position that she was a victim of political persecution because she was Asian. Also noting opposition research is common practice in politics.
The services available from opposition research teams included information uncovered could be shared via text or email. Wong wanted to retain services that would disseminate “dirt” (Wong texted “did that thing happen”). Fitzgerald made it clear he would not be involved in any defamation schemes disseminating any dirt. To this Wong stated that there were three litigation cases against Wax where he acted inappropriately with three different women. Fitzgerald told Wong to send him to dockets but she never did. Fitzgerald asked the opposition research team to verify these allegations Wong was making being that he acted inappropriately with women who filed against him. The team used a highly sophisticated computer program (see below scope image) that searched all of Wax’s social media including archived posts and specifically searched all public records of litigation or complaints made against Wax looking for any inappropriate conduct towards women. The team told Fitzgerald that what Angie Wong was alleging did not happen. Not only did they say Angie Wong’s claims were unfounded they said that extensive deep dives turned up zero results and Wax was totally clean.
After Fitzgerald became aware Angie Wong was not truthful, he got in touch with Wax to learn more about his dealings with Angie Wong. Wax was already aware that Wong was disseminating these unfounded defaming accusations about him. Wax then connected him with Tamara Lashchyk who is Podcast host and NY Republican activist. This investigator was on a call with Fitzgerald and Lashchyk who stated in 2021 Angie Wong was assisting a Republican campaign where the candidate was her associate. Wong stated to Lashchyk that she was currently a Democrat. The two were at an event for the candidate and Wong stated (redacted) which caused concern that Wong was attempting to have leverage on Republicans based on Wong’s interactions with the men.
