RE: Request for Federal Investigation – Unlawful Dissemination of Sealed Florida Court Records by Georgia Political Operatives
Dear Special Agent Weaver,
This matter is respectfully submitted for your review and action in light of federal violations potentially implicating interstate criminal conduct, privacy breaches, and civil rights violations. I, Stan Fitzgerald of Acworth, Georgia, am requesting that the FBI open a criminal investigation into the politically motivated unlawful dissemination of sealed court records by Georgia-based operatives working in coordination with a Florida elected GOP official as well as a Florida attorney. These actions were designed to intimidate whistleblowers, obstruct justice, and interfere with ongoing legal proceedings.
Overview of Alleged Conduct and Evidence
Debbie Dooley, a political operative residing in the state of Georgia, unlawfully disseminated sealed court documents from a Miami-Dade County, Florida family law case involving myself and Angie Wong. These materials were leaked and distributed in coordination with Ms. Wong’s attorney, Alexander DeFilippo (Florida Bar No. 1002958), and circulated publicly via mass email blasts and social media.
On or about July 12, 2025, at 10:42:40 PM EDT, Ms. Dooley sent mass political email blasts containing sealed case materials:
-
Angie Wong v. Stan Fitzgerald
Filing ID: 222347279
Case No.: 2024-019469-FC-04 – SEALED
Two additional mass emails followed containing documents from:
-
Contempt Motion (SEALED)
-
Appeal Case No.: 132024DR019469A00104 (RESTRICTED)
In total, over 30,000 recipients received these materials, including political associates, donors, and organizational partners connected to me and my political work.
Additionally, Ms. Dooley publicly posted a restricted appeal portal link to her X (formerly Twitter) account @Crimsontider and has admitted in writing to working with attorney DeFilippo, stating she “supplied him information.” Ms. Dooley is not a licensed investigator and appears to have acted solely as a political surrogate.
Dooley admits the crime stating she is the whistleblower, explaining why she illegally emails court sealed records.
This coordinated operation also involved Edward “Butch” Conz and Eileen Conz, both of whom were named in a Cobb County court order for stalking and harassment.
On July 18, 2025, the Superior Court of Cobb County issued a Whistleblower Protective Stalking Injunction against Edward Conz Jr. in Civil Action File No.: 25CV05412, signed by Senior Judge J. Stephen Schuster. That order explicitly extends protections to associated individuals including Debbie Dooley, Angie Wong, and Eileen Conz. The July 12, 2025 mass email from Ms. Dooley was cited as evidence of witness intimidation by the Georgia court.
Federal Legal Violations for Consideration
The following federal statutes may apply to the conduct outlined:
-
18 U.S. Code § 2261A – Stalking (including cyberstalking across state lines)
-
18 U.S. Code § 1512 – Tampering with a witness, victim, or informant
-
18 U.S. Code § 1030 – Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (unauthorized access to protected systems)
-
18 U.S. Code § 371 – Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud the United States
-
18 U.S. Code § 1343 – Wire Fraud (use of email or internet for fraudulent schemes)
-
18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights (coordinated targeting of whistleblowers)
Given the sealed nature of the documents and the multistate coordination between a Florida attorney and Georgia political actors, this incident falls squarely under federal jurisdiction.
Additional Background
Angie Wong is presently under investigation by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice for alleged fraud on the court in Appeal Case No.: 132024DR019469A00104. That matter (2024-1001) concluded with adjudication on May 2, 2025.
Additional facts are outlined in Cobb County Police Report #25-048057, filed on July 24, 2025, with digital exhibits included in the Records Management System (RMS).
Conclusion
This matter involves serious misconduct—namely, the deliberate weaponization of sealed court materials for the purpose of harassment, intimidation, and political retaliation. The actors involved appear to have violated federal laws that protect court confidentiality, whistleblowers, and victims of stalking.
I respectfully request that the FBI initiate a formal investigation into this coordinated campaign. I am prepared to provide digital evidence, sworn statements, and full cooperation. This is a matter of public integrity and national concern, and I trust that the Bureau will take appropriate steps to uphold the law.
Thank you for your attention and commitment to justice.
Sincerely,
Stan Fitzgerald
