RE: ALLEGED Unlawful Dissemination of Sealed Florida Court Records by Georgia Political Operatives – Request for Criminal Investigation and Equal Application of Justice
Dear District Attorney Allen,
This matter is being brought directly to your personal attention in order to prevent politically connected individuals from obstructing justice by interfering with the intake process. Concerned Cobb County residents expect equal justice regardless of political party or status. This incident represents a deliberate, politically motivated violation of privacy rights and court-sealed protections involving coordinated bad actors—Debbie Dooley, Edward “Butch” Conz, Eileen Conz, and Angie Wong—who have used unlawfully obtained sealed court documents to target myself, Stan Fitzgerald of Cobb County, and Devonta Sullivan of Fulton County, a respected faith-based community leader who builds church shelters for the underserved in Atlanta.
Overview of ALLEGED Conduct and Evidence
Debbie Dooley, a Georgia political operative residing in Cobb County, disseminated sealed court documents from a Miami, Florida family law case involving myself and Angie Wong. These documents were leaked to the public in violation of court protections and in coordination with Miami-based attorney Alexander DeFilippo (Florida Bar No. 1002958), who represents Ms. Wong.
On or about July 12, 2025, at 10:42:40 PM EDT, Ms. Dooley distributed mass emails containing the following:
-
Angie Wong v. Stan Fitzgerald
-
Filing ID: 222347279
-
Case No.: 2024-019469-FC-04 – SEALED
-
Two additional mass emails followed, which contained sealed and restricted records from:
-
Contempt Motion: Angie Wong v. Stan Fitzgerald – sealed
-
Appeal Case: 132024DR019469A00104 – restricted
In total, these materials were sent to over 30,000 recipients via bulk political email blasts, targeting associates, political allies, and donors tied to me and my organization.
Dooley also posted a restricted attorney appeal link on her public X (formerly Twitter) account @Crimsontider, and has admitted in writing to working with Attorney DeFilippo by “supplying him information.” Dooley holds no investigative license and acted entirely as a political surrogate.
This campaign of harassment and intimidation was coordinated with Edward Conz Jr. (aka Butch Conz) and his wife Eileen Conz, both of whom are named in a Cobb County court order.
On July 18, 2025, the Superior Court of Cobb County issued a Whistleblower Protective Stalking Injunction against Edward Conz Jr., Civil Action File No.: 25CV05412, signed by Senior Judge J. Stephen Schuster. That order explicitly extends protections to named associates including Debbie Dooley, Angie Wong, Eileen Conz, and others. The restraining injunction was granted based on evidence that includes the July 12, 2025 mass email sent by Dooley, which was deemed witness intimidation by the Georgia Court.
Additional Background
Angie Wong is currently under investigation by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice for ALLEGED fraud on the court regarding Appeal Case No.: 132024DR019469A00104. That Virginia case (2024-1001) reached adjudication on May 2, 2025, and I have been cooperating with the FBI regarding potential multi-jurisdictional criminal conduct.
Further evidence is documented in Cobb County Police Report #25-048057, filed on July 24, 2025, and entered into the Records Management System (RMS) with all supporting digital exhibits attached.
Applicable Georgia Statutes for Consideration

-
O.C.G.A. § 16-10-93 – Influencing witnesses and obstructing justice
-

-

Conclusion
This coordinated campaign by Georgia-based operatives to weaponize sealed court records from another state—using a Cobb County platform and targeting whistleblowers—represents a clear abuse of the judicial process and a possible criminal conspiracy. I respectfully request that your office open a formal investigation into these matters. I am prepared to provide all evidence and cooperate fully.
Thank you for taking the time to review this complaint. Cobb County residents deserve accountability and assurance that justice is blind—not selective based on political affiliation.
Respectfully,
Stan Fitzgerald
