Eileen Conz, who is listed as a team member on the cloned “Butch Conz VFAF” website impersonating the national Veterans for America First organization alongside Butch Conz and Margaret “Margo” Ackiss, is currently under official investigation by the Florida Bar for conduct that constitutes a felony. While in North Carolina, Conz allegedly threatened to subpoena a Georgia resident for private communications involving Veterans for America First officials and Georgia GOP elected officials—communications that were ultimately used in a Florida court proceeding.
L-stratetgies is not accusing Conz of a crime , if found guilty in a court of law after a referral by the bar Conz could face up to 5 years in prison, $5,000 fine, and/or 5 years probation
Witten evidence from third party's supplied to the bar prove the communications between Conz and the Georgia resident who was threatened with supboena.

RE: Butch Conz / Eileen Conz – Miami Bar Complaints and SEND ME PAC
I can confirm that I have personally spoken with two law enforcement agents who requested and received evidence from me. There are multiple ongoing investigations involving these individuals. One such investigation in Virginia is already in the adjudication phase; its resolution is forthcoming.
Today, I received a text message asking me to remove posts from the L-Strategies website, accompanied once again by threats directed at Stan Fitzgerald. First, issuing such threats in writing to an attorney is unwise. Second, those concerned about the Miami Bar complaints filed by Mr. Fitzgerald are unaware of their contents or the evidence submitted. I have reviewed them.
In the complaint against Eileen Conz, Mr. Fitzgerald simply affirmed the authenticity of written text messages and submitted a report from a third party. Outside of confirming the authenticity of those texts, Mr. Fitzgerald’s sworn statement presents factual documentation—he is not acting as a witness beyond that.
I will provide two of those numerous texts, with the name of the third party redacted. In these written communications, a Georgia resident confirms a conversation with Eileen Conz in which a subpoena was first mentioned, followed by emails sent to an attorney. Those emails included communications with GOP elected officials and a judge. The judge in question has since provided us with a written statement.
Whether the subpoena reference made by Conz was intended as a threat or a benign comment, the legal implications are the same: it constitutes the unauthorized practice of law. While recanting written statements is one matter, attempting to accuse Mr. Fitzgerald of criminal conduct—without even having seen the bar complaint—is reckless and without merit.
I am under no legal restriction from sharing evidence related to the Virginia criminal case. Attached is a text message sent by Butch Conz to Patrick Collis. In it, Mr. Conz threatens Mr. Collis, instructing him to falsely accuse Stan Fitzgerald of actions actually committed by another party—this is clearly documented in writing. Additionally, Mr. Conz admits to coercing Jeff Zink using lawfare tactics. The effort to frame Stan Fitzgerald is evident on its face.
To provide further context, here are some facts regarding Jeff Zink: Mr. Zink led the Maricopa County audit in Arizona and has stated that the President of the United States has not forgotten his role, as he is currently pending appointment into the Trump administration.
Below is an excerpt from a third-party statement provided to criminal investigators. To be clear, we are not accusing anyone of a crime; these are verifiable facts that can be independently researched.
In January 2022, Butch Conz and his wife, Eileen Conz, acting as directors, created SEND ME PAC INC, incorporated on January 10, 2022, as a For Profit Corporation (FLPC), with registration address 2359 Mountain View Rd, Glade Valley, NC 28627. Florida Division of Corporations document number: P22000003248.
The attached Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) Flow Chart (EXHIBIT) links Vlad Lemets (VFAF Inc.), Josh Macius (We Who Served Nonprofit), Patrick Collis (Christian Patriots United Nonprofit), and Patricia Murphy (Lien Search Pro Inc.) to the Conz-affiliated PAC. Lemets and Murphy are residents of Florida, and Macius is a resident of Virginia.
At the time, we believe Patrick Collis was the president of http://VFAF.org (a separate entity from http://VFAF.us). When Jeff Zink sought an endorsement from VFAF.org, it came with connections to Lemets, Macius, Conz, and Collis. Together, they devised a strategy to attach SEND ME PAC—a for-profit corporation—to the Zink campaign. Notably, each of these individuals was operating their own nonprofit or corporate entity. Importantly, political PAC donations are prohibited from being funneled into private corporations or nonprofit organizations.
Patricia Murphy ultimately filed a lawsuit against these individuals, alleging she had been defrauded. A settlement of $40,000 was reached. Again, for the record, our organization has terminated all relationships with these individuals.
When Patricia Murphy came forward again as a victim, an authentic text message thread shows how these individuals responded—by attempting to silence her through the use of a restraining order. You can see this text thread on my L-Strategies website.
