Debbie Dooley bulk emails information from leaked sealed court records from Florida

Eileen Conz, Margo Ackiss, and Butch Conz of North Carolina are public figures serving on the board of an organization that is maliciously impersonating Veterans for America First, a nationally recognized organization that has been operating in an organized manner since 2015. The North Carolina group is a political entity engaged in making political endorsements. Eileen Conz and Butch Conz have political public figure status dating back to at least the creation of Send Me PAC in 2022.

In January 2022, Butch Conz and his wife, Eileen Conz, acting as directors, created SEND ME PAC INC, incorporated on January 10, 2022, as a For Profit Corporation (FLPC), with registration address 2359 Mountain View Rd, Glade Valley, NC 28627. Florida Division of Corporations document number: P22000003248 that was attached to a political campaign in Arizona of Jeff Zink candidate for Congress.

Debbie Dooley is a political public figure and founder of the Tea Party, Sophia Farooq is a political public figure and candidate, Angie Wong is a sitting elected GOP official and public figure, Stan Fitzgerald is a grassroots leader public figure.

Devonta Sullivan is NOT a public figure.

On or about Mar 19, 2025, mass bulk emails were sent from the State of Georgia with information sourced to Debbie Dooley and others in an organized and coordinated attempt of character destruction of a Muslim minority candidate Sophia Farooq. Farooq was endorsed by Vietnam Veteran Jerry Ramsey of Veterans for America First. At that time Stan Fitzgerald defended Farooq, to which Debbie Dooley posted on X false talking points trying to discredit Veterans for America First and business filings. Those false statements were not vetted by Dooley and the Georgia SOS public information debunks them. Those false talking points are sourced to the group Eileen Conz, Margo Ackiss, and Butch Conz of North Carolina.

The March 2025 events were typical of American politics and fall under political free speech involving public figures, but it does establish a pattern.

Angie Wong of Miami has made it very clear, and public, that she was able to secure an order against Stan Fitzgerald that is currently under appeal. The testimony and filings are sealed court documents in the State of Florida that are clearly illegal to post on social media and even leaking information from them may be deemed illegal.

Mr. Fitzgerald has passed two polygraphs establishing truth on his end. We have already confirmed there is an investigation in Virginia for fraud on the court relative to witnesses in the matter and I have publicly confirmed that I have been contacted for evidence. I supplied a text from Butch Conz threatening Patrick Collis to accuse Stan Fitzgerald of matters Angie Wong initiated. Mr. Fitzgerald supplied the criminal justice investigation 28 emails from Collis to himself also related to matters in the court system. This investigation went into adjudication on May 5, 2025. The meaning of adjudication in criminal investigations is clear. This is not an accusation of wrongdoing by any parties involved; this is a statement of facts without inferring results of any investigations or appeals.

Debbie Dooley has confirmed in writing she has been in communication with Eileen Conz regarding evidence for the sealed Miami Case. Mr. Devonta Sullivan, not a public figure and witness in civil litigation and investigations by authorities, submitted written proof to the Florida Bar of Debbie Dooley’s statements to him in text.

Debbie Dooley’s response was to make threats in writing to myself, an attorney, against Stan Fitzgerald stating she was giving an affidavit to these same people alleging Stan Fitzgerald committed criminal acts. Dooley's written texts prove her own affidavit false, in addition to the fact she was not pressured by Stan Fitzgerald to do anything, it was Sullivan’s report, not Fitzgerald’s, which is in evidence with two bar complaints. That report inadvertently was not redacted and included Debbie Dooley’s mass destruction email of Sophia Farooq which, in his opinion, as a minority receiving the emails, was racist. Mr. Sullivan also reviewed texts confirming Fitzgerald forgave Dooley after the March incident and she asked Fitzgerald to call her. This call post-dated Dooley providing Angie Wong's attorney with private emails. The private email chain of Stan Fitzgerald, myself, Debbie Dooley, Salleigh Grubbs, and a judge was in reference to the polygraph Fitzgerald was to take, which he passed. These private conversations regarding Cobb County GOP business are now part of sealed court records in the State of Florida.

When Debbie Dooley discovered the Bar investigation letter (that I shared), Dooley sent leaked sealed court information in bulk emails, consisting of character destruction of Stan Fitzgerald and Devonta Sullivan (not a public figure) who are witnesses in ongoing investigations and civil litigation into the people she defended. In addition to the leaked information being mass distributed, it was represented in a false way by Dooley — it’s not accurate.

We have established with written proof Mother Jones reporter Dan Freeman investigated the claims of grift against Fitzgerald by these same people and found them with no merit. Again, Dooley did not vet her sources or the evidence, which has been public on this website for over 12 months that debunks the accusations.

In my opinion, no conservatives should defend the actions of people mailing intimidation letters to Salleigh Grubbs and other Georgia GOP elected officials along with senior citizens, along with a very long list of other similar acts already outlined and proven on this website.
