Man Who Impersonated VFAF and Was Deemed Credible by Miami Domestic Violence Judge Arrested for Assaulting his wife — Suspect Identified as Butch Conz, aka Edward Francis Conz
Miami Court Controversy: Patrick Collis, Butch Conz, and Female Co-Conspirator Accused of Perjury in Civil Restraining Order Case Targeting Whistleblower Stan Fitzgerald has taken a new violent turn.
The below police report indicates the officer was called out with a gun involved in a domestic violence incident that started at the Angry Troll bar in NC. Butch Conz allegedly hit his wife, Eileen Conz and broke her glasses causing a visible bruise and then ran into the woods hiding where a police K-9 unit was called in to locate the suspect.
Patrick Collis and Edward Francis “Butch” Conz, along with a female co-conspirator, allegedly committed perjury during a civil restraining order hearing in a Miami domestic violence court. The trio is accused of framing whistleblower Stan Fitzgerald in an effort to silence his exposure of their activities. The two-day trial, which focused more on defamation than actual stalking, ended in a controversial ruling that found the accusers credible — a decision that reportedly shocked judicial staff present in the courtroom.
Despite Fitzgerald presenting written email evidence requesting a criminal referral — including modus operandi documentation showing a pattern by Butch Conz of targeting women and misusing restraining orders to silence them — the judge dismissed it. This judicial oversight allegedly contributed to enabling a subsequent assault on the woman in North Carolina, for which Butch Conz was later arrested.
