In reference to defendant Edward Francis Conz aka Butch Conz who is scheduled to appear before you please find attached the following:
Mr. Conz appears to believe that because I have a conviction dating back to 1999, he is entitled to subject me to threats and fraud upon the court. However, this is not just about me. It’s about an 81 years old female, elected party officials and other women who have been victimized by Mr. Conz, who now stands before this court for allegedly assaulting a woman. If the police reports do not sufficiently speak for themselves, I am fully willing to testify.

In reference to defendant Edward Francis Conz aka Butch Conz who is scheduled to appear before you please find attached the following:
- Virginia Department of Criminal Justice complaint case number 2024-1001 sworn against Mr. Conz 12-13-24 for conspiracy to commit fraud on the court. Also find attached written notice from Virginia Criminal Justice dated 5-2-25 that case is in the adjudication process and still is as of today’s date. As the victim I am told I will be given written notice of the final charges and status. I can only speculate the length of the adjudication process implies defendants are co-operating.
- Paulding County Georgia Sheriff’s Department report case #2025-07020060 violations of Georgia statute 16-11-39.1 – In 2024 Mr. Conz mailed harassment letters to intimidate my 81-year-old mother with congestive heart failure. In June of 2025 I received numerous harassment letters returned to my business address in Hiram Georgia that Mr. Conz mailed to Georgia GOP elected officials including the now Georgia State GOP 1st Vice Chair Salleigh Grubbs. Two of the letters Mr Conz mailed were turned over to the Sheriff’s Department who note they are in evidence. I assume the court can confirm the fingerprints on the content of the letters are from Mr. Conz as I do not yet have access to the investigative findings or adjudication of the investigation.
- Text threads establishing Mr Conz conspired to frame a female victim with a restraining order in North Carolina in 2023. Text thread authenticated by Investigator Devonta Sulliven who is willing to testify. These are also in evidence in Paulding County Georgia case.
