Polygraph tests conducted by two of Georgia’s most respected former law enforcement officials confirm that Stan Fitzgerald is the target of civil lawfare stemming from a restraining order issued in Miami. These expert-administered tests reinforce Fitzgerald’s claim that the legal action was based on false testimony and perjury.

The use of polygraph tests as credible investigative tools is well established. The Trump administration employed them within the Department of Homeland Security and the Pentagon without bipartisan objection, and law enforcement agencies including the FBI continue to rely on them.

Fitzgerald’s Polygraphs Administered by Georgia’s Elite Ex-Detectives

Two separate polygraph tests were administered to Fitzgerald by:

  • Morris Nix, a legendary cold case detective with over 40 years at the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office. Nix is a certified member of the Georgia Polygraph Association and has completed over 15,000 polygraphs. He conducted a one-hour pre-test interview with Fitzgerald, covering key events leading up to the Miami court case. Nix is also known for appearances on Nancy Grace and Bloodline Detectives.

  • Daniel Sosnowski, a retired Chicago law enforcement officer, Georgia Polygraph Association member, and national instructor of interrogation techniques at police academies including those in Virginia.

Virginia Criminal Justice Investigation into Patrick Collis

Virginia DCJS is actively investigating Patrick Collis under Case #2024-1001, led by Agent Sandi Kurek. Allegations include:

  • Submitting a false affidavit and later giving false testimony in the Miami court case.

  • Conspiring with Butch Conz (North Carolina) and another woman to manipulate the court ruling against Fitzgerald.

Kurek requested Fitzgerald submit 28 emails involving Collis and asked attorney Jared Craig for documentation regarding threats made by Butch Conz against Collis.

FBI Involvement Confirmed

A former Miami FBI agent confirmed a federal investigation into the same parties. FBI Agent Casey Weaver recently interviewed Frederick Mulika at the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office regarding this case. Diane Ventura of the National Veterans Parade also confirmed that the woman involved in the legal campaign against Fitzgerald failed Secret Service background checks for Mar-A-Lago events.

Ongoing Campaign of Harassment Against Fitzgerald

For the past two years, Fitzgerald has been the target of doxxing and harassment by Butch Conz and the same woman involved in the Miami case. These coordinated efforts have exposed personal and business addresses, harassed family and customers, and even resulted in racially charged threats and online gun threats. Fitzgerald’s elderly mother was hospitalized due to stress from this harassment.

Despite filing a police report in Kennesaw, Georgia, authorities claimed the threats did not meet prosecutable thresholds. In Florida, a restraining order was denied after a judge ruled the threats didn’t meet the legal requirements. Fitzgerald has only responded through political free speech, and polygraph results confirm no wrongdoing.

Unusual Miami Court Hearing Exposes Legal Abuse

What should have been a 15-minute Zoom hearing turned into a two-day bench trial, focusing on accusations of defamation, online harassment, and alleged doxxing. The woman bringing the case had previously been denied restraining orders twice. This latest attempt, effectively an appeal, was based on the same evidence.

The trial featured coordinated testimony from Patrick Collis, Butch Conz, and the woman, accusing Fitzgerald of being a grifter and targeting the woman because she allegedly exposed financial misconduct. However, the polygraphs and available evidence tell a different story.

Evidence of Perjury and Fabricated Claims

  • Fitzgerald passed polygraph questions confirming that all three witnesses committed perjury.

  • He also confirmed via polygraph that he never stole funds from L-Strategies LLC.

  • Fitzgerald passed a general polygraph affirming he has never grifted anyone in Republican politics, reinforcing his integrity within the MAGA movement.

Refuting Specific False Allegations

  • Doxxing Children’s Numbers: Fitzgerald polygraphed that he never posted children’s phone numbers or sent inappropriate images.

  • Tire Slashing Claims: The alleged address was never posted, and he had no knowledge of tire-slashing incidents.

  • Miami Office Presence: Fitzgerald confirmed via polygraph he was never present at the Swire office. Legal documents were delivered by a process server.

  • AI-Generated Image Claim: Fitzgerald had no involvement in creating or sharing an AI image of the woman. The image existed online before they ever met.

Publicly Available Evidence Confirms Innocence

Legally recorded audio and bank statements publicly available online disprove financial misconduct claims. The embezzlement case involving the woman was dismissed on procedural grounds, not factual ones.
