Let's first set the record straight, the Mother Jones article makes it very clear Miles Guo (aka New Noah) are not CCP , the article states " The NFSC guests used these appearances to attribute all manner of US problems to CCP machinations... suggested the charges against the former president were the result of infiltration by the Chinese Communist Party." A basic online search also shows that Guo and “New Noah” are dissidents who oppose the CCP.

** UPDATE - This page was created on 8-13-24, since then we have leaned New Noah and the NFSC are in fact CCP.

This came to our attention as VFAF was working in Texas on a county clerk election for Tamara McFarlane 3-3-26 Primary.

Solomon Yue , the President's inner Circle CCP adviser, confirmed New Noah and Guo are CCP: https://substack.com/home/post/p-189542690

Based on L-Strategies’ records and the materials referenced in the court docket, the NewNoah / Miles Guo-related media-buy agreement was allegedly arranged through Angie Wong (a former L-Strategies partner), not by Stan Fitzgerald.

Wong allegedly did not disclose the ownership of New Noah to the partners, and such ownership was not legally relevant to the arrangement.

Dan Friedman, The author of the Mother Jones story, communicated with Stan Fitzgerald

The record materials further reflect that bank-account access and administrative control were limited to certain partners, and that Stan Fitzgerald refused salary or access. Fitzgerald agreed to be part of the LLC to help fund grassroots Saving America work.
