OIF 06-08 / 09-10 Combat Veteran. Founder of Veterans for America First / Veterans for Trump. IT Consultant. Web Developer.

Vladimir (Vlad) Lemets immigrated from Russia in 2002 and joined US. Army in 2005 at the age of 18. He received his Citizenship in 2006. He is a Combat Veteran who served with 1st Cavalry Division in Iraq during the Operation Iraqi Freedom campaign 2006-2008 and 2009-2010.

Vlad was honorably discharged after his tours of duty in 2010 and served in the Army Reserves with 724th Military Police Battalion for a short while after. Vlad received the Iraq Campaign Medal with three campaign stars, 2 Army Commendation Medals, Meritorious Unit Commendation, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and Combat Action Badge.

In June 2015 Vlad helped co-found the national Veterans for Trump grassroots organization where he served as Chief Strategist. Vlad played a significant role when it came to uniting numerous Veterans grassroots groups under one Veterans for Trump banner. Unifying and organizing the Veterans groups resulted in getting out millions of Veterans votes for candidate Trump to push him past Clinton and become our 45th commander and chief.

Following the 2020 election results Vlad was instrumental in organizing veterans and first responders nationwide, with conservative values, that would have a lasting impact evolving into what has become known as Veterans for America First (VFAF.ORG)

In 2021 Vlad was elected as Veterans for America First national chairman by unanimous decision of the board. Following his appointment Vlad passed a motion to create the “We Who Served Foundation”, an apolitical sister organization dedicated to philanthropy in veteran and first responder communities. Since then, Vlad has helped spear-head many pro-veteran community efforts such as Veteran Business Bureau.
